Cassia Dian is a director with 22 years of experience and a leading name in non-fiction projects. With a background in journalism and photography, she has developed significant documentary work in partnership with networks such as Globo, HBO, and Discovery, including the series Xuxa – The Documentary (Globoplay) and O Sistema, by Dráuzio Varella.

With a strong track record as a showrunner for reality TV, she is behind the hit Love Is Blind (Netflix Brazil) and has directed projects such as O Crush Perfeito (Netflix), Batalha dos Confeiteiros (Record and Discovery Home & Health), Famílias Frente a Frente (Amazon and SBT), and Prova de Noivas (Discovery Home & Health).

More recently, she developed an original reality project with Amazon Prime Video. Along the same lines, she has also developed and directed branded content such as Cabelo Pantene (SBT), Eisenbahn Mestre Cervejeiro (Multishow and Globo), 1 Por Todos (Band), and Fora da Rota (Globoplay).
