Mariana Falvo

Mariana Falvo is a Production Designer focused on the audiovisual fiction market. Her first feature film, Monica’s Gang – Bonds, directed by Daniel Rezende, earned her two nominations for Best Production Design at the 2020 ABC Awards and the 19th Grande Prêmio do Cinema Brasileiro. In 2022, she won the Guarani Brazilian Cinema Award for Best Production Design with Monica’s Gang – Lessons, and in 2023, she was honored by the ABC Awards in the category of Best Production Design for a TV Series with Monica’s Gang: The Series (Globoplay). She is currently working on a TV movie for Globo, in production, and awaits the release of her most recent feature with the network, Roubo do Cão. For Netflix, she designed the series Unsuspicious (Glaz) and Luz (Floresta). In her feature film career, she also signed Papai é Pop, directed by Caito Ortiz for Pródigo Filmes, and Future Gallery, directed by Fernando Sanches and Afonso Poyart for Black Filmes.
With a background in Film and Interior Design, she began her career as an art direction and set design assistant, collaborating with major production companies such as TV Globo, O2 Filmes, Paris Filmes, Black Maria, Coração da Selva, Paranoid, and Mixer.
