Naína de Paula is a director with extensive experience in television. She has been part of the directing team at TV Globo since 2011 and, as an assistant director, has worked on eight telenovelas, four series, and one variety show.

As a director, she created the auteur documentary Sobre Nós (2021), the special Falas Negras (2021), and the first three seasons of the comedy series Encantado’s, all available on Globoplay. Recently, she joined the directing team of the 7 PM telenovela Família é Tudo! and currently serves as director of the 9 PM telenovela Três Graças.

In partnership with Verônica Debom, she is also preparing to direct a feature film written by an actress and screenwriter, currently in pre-production. She holds a degree in Film from PUC-RJ and began her audiovisual training in 2005 at the NGO Cinema Nosso.
